About this template

This template gives you a full CRM with a visual pipeline board where you can track deals from first contact to closed-won. Each deal card shows the value, expected close date, company, and current stage, so you always know where things stand without digging through spreadsheets or switching between tools.

The drag-and-drop interface lets you move deals between stages as conversations progress. The dashboard gives you a clear picture of total pipeline value, win rate, average sales cycle, recent activity, and deals closing soon — filterable by time period. The board updates in real time, so your whole team stays aligned.

Beyond the pipeline, Dealflow includes contact and company management with search and tagging, activity logging for calls, emails, meetings, and notes, a task manager with priorities and due dates, a calendar view, revenue forecasting with weighted projections, and full reporting with charts for deals by stage, value by stage, and win/loss ratios. You can import contacts and deals from CSV or export your data at any time.

Settings let you customize your profile, pipeline stages, team members, notification preferences, email templates, and external connectors.

Best Use Cases

Startup Sales Tracking

Track your first deals through a structured pipeline without paying for Salesforce or HubSpot. The drag-and-drop board gives your founding team instant visibility into what's active, what's closing soon, and what needs follow-up. Import your existing contacts from CSV and start managing your pipeline immediately.

Freelance Client Management

Keep proposals, active projects, and renewals organized on one board. Each card tracks the value and timeline of your engagements, so you can spot gaps in your pipeline before they become revenue problems. Log activities against each deal to maintain a full history of client interactions.

Agency Deal Flow

Manage multiple client pipelines with stage names that match how your agency sells. Assign deals to account managers, filter by expected close date to forecast revenue, and use the reporting dashboard to run pipeline reviews. The calendar view shows upcoming close dates and task deadlines in one place.

Sales Team Overlay

Use Dealflow alongside your existing CRM. Import deal data via CSV and give your team a focused, drag-and-drop view for pipeline reviews and standups. Export data back out when you need to sync with other systems.
