About this template

This template gives you a personal scheduling tool that looks professional and works the moment you set it up — no calendar API keys, no complex configuration, no scheduling software experience required.

The technical parts are already handled. Event type creation, weekly availability grids, timezone-aware slot calculation, booking confirmation with calendar downloads — all done. You can focus on defining your meeting types and sharing your link.

You get a complete scheduling system: a landing page that explains the product, sign-up and sign-in with Google OAuth or email, an event types dashboard where you create and manage meeting options, a bookings screen with upcoming, past, and cancelled tabs, a weekly availability editor with timezone support, profile settings with avatar upload, and a public booking page where guests pick a time without creating an account. The public booking flow includes month and column views, automatic timezone detection, a guest form, and confirmation with Add to Google Calendar, Add to Outlook, and .ics download buttons.

Compared to paying for Calendly or setting up Cal.com from source, this template gives you a working scheduling tool you fully own. No monthly subscription, no feature gates, no vendor lock-in.

Best Use Cases

Client Discovery Calls

Consultants and agencies can create a "30-min Discovery Call" event type with a description of what to expect, then paste the link in proposals and email signatures. Clients book without friction, and every booking lands in your dashboard with the guest's name, email, and notes. Fewer missed connections means more conversations that convert to paid work.

Recurring Office Hours

Team leads, mentors, and community managers can set specific availability windows — say Tuesday and Thursday afternoons — and share a single link. Colleagues or community members pick a slot that works for them. No calendar invites to juggle, no Slack threads asking "when are you free?"

Interview Scheduling

Startups hiring without a dedicated recruiter can create event types for phone screens and technical interviews, each with different durations. Candidates self-schedule from the public booking page. The bookings screen shows who's coming up, who already met, and who cancelled — all in one view.

Paid Session Booking

Coaches, tutors, and therapists can define session types by length and share the booking page on their website. While this template doesn't collect payment directly, it handles the scheduling side cleanly — guests book, you confirm, and the calendar download ensures nobody forgets. Pair it with a separate payment link in your confirmation workflow.

Getting Started

1. Remix This Template

Click Remix to create your own copy. The template comes with a working demo — four event types, ten sample bookings, and a pre-filled availability schedule — so you can see every screen populated before you change anything. If this template isn't the right fit, you can remix a different one — no wasted work.

2. Customize Your Brand

Update the landing page headline and subhead to match your business. Change the primary color from sky blue to your brand color in the style configuration. Upload your logo or wordmark in the header. The landing page includes a hero with product mockup, feature showcase tabs, testimonials, and a call-to-action banner — all ready to edit.

3. Add Your Content

Sign up and create your event types — name each one, set the duration, add a description, and choose whether it uses a conferencing link or an in-person location. Set your weekly availability hours and timezone. Fill in your profile with a display name, bio, conferencing URL (paste your Zoom or Google Meet link once), and optionally upload an avatar.

4. Connect Your Tools

The template uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage — all configured automatically when you remix. Google OAuth works out of the box through Lovable Cloud. Your conferencing URL (Zoom, Meet, Teams) is stored in settings and appears on every booking confirmation. Calendar integration uses direct URL patterns and .ics file generation — no API keys needed.

5. Go Live

Publish your project to get a live URL. Share your booking page link — it follows the pattern /book/yourusername — in email signatures, social profiles, and client proposals. Guests visit, pick a meeting type, choose a time slot in their own timezone, and confirm without creating an account. You see every booking in your dashboard.

Conclusion

This scheduling template works for freelancers, consultants, and small teams who want a professional booking system without monthly software fees. You get event type management without complexity, timezone-aware booking without calendar API setup, and a clean public booking page without building it from scratch.

The demo is fully populated so you can explore every screen before committing. Remix it, swap in your brand and meeting types, and share your booking link. Most users have their first event type live within an hour.

Features & capabilities

  • Event Type Creation

Define meeting names, durations, descriptions, and locations. Toggle types active or inactive to control what appears on your public booking page.

  • Month and Column Views

Guests choose between a traditional month calendar with a single-day slot list or a multi-day column grid showing an entire week of availability at once.

  • Guest Booking Without Signup

Visitors enter their name, email, and optional notes to confirm a booking. No account creation, no login wall — just a simple form after picking a slot.

  • Slot Calculation Engine

Available time slots are computed client-side from your weekly schedule, subtracting confirmed bookings automatically so double-booking never happens.

  • Profile and Branding

Set your display name, bio, avatar, and conferencing URL in settings. Your public booking page shows a professional profile card with all your details.

  • Tabbed Booking Dashboard

Upcoming, past, and cancelled bookings are separated by tabs with count badges. Expand any row to see guest notes, location, and cancellation options.

  • Conferencing URL Storage

Paste your Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams link once in settings. It appears automatically on every booking confirmation — no per-meeting setup needed.

  • Google OAuth Sign-In

Users can sign up or sign in with their Google account in one click alongside traditional email and password authentication.

  • Add to Calendar Buttons

Booking confirmation generates Google Calendar and Outlook deep links plus a downloadable .ics file — all client-side with no email API required.

  • Avatar Upload

Upload a profile photo in settings. It displays on your public booking page and throughout the app. Falls back to initials if no photo is set.

  • Dark Mode Toggle

Switch between light and dark themes from the settings page. Preference saves to localStorage and applies across all screens instantly.

  • Demo Mode

Every screen has a demo route pre-populated with seed data so visitors can explore the full product experience without signing up.
